Impressionist Lumiere

Mostly blurry reflection and flattened by a long focal length, this view of the Canning River at Kelmscott reminds me of an Imprerssionist painting in subtle motion. I think the Impressionist painters were so skillful they could create the ‘impression’ of this kind of languid motion with motionless paint.
